The ignition torch and control box (automatic ignition and flame detection device) are in operation at domestic thermal power plants and in various countries around the world, including Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The control box is equipped with fuel and combustion air shut-off valves, flow control valves, ignition devices, flame detection relays, and control relays, allowing for remote automatic ignition and combustion monitoring. The "detection relay" is used as a combustion monitoring control device for combustion furnaces and boilers, such as those for oil or gas. It detects the infrared and ultraviolet rays of the burning flame using a flame detector. Additionally, to avoid interference from other flames, it directly directs the flame onto the frame rod for detection.
