Cookie (PIETRO CUCCHI) was established in 1979 in Bussero, near Milan, and began operations primarily for bar loaders for multi-spindle automatic lathes. To date, the company boasts a production and shipment record of over 500 bar loaders annually, with about half of these destined for the domestic Italian market and the other half for overseas markets, mainly in Europe, the United States, and Japan. Recently, the company has also ventured into bar loaders for single-spindle automatic lathes, while expanding its lineup for multi-spindle automatic lathes to include the standard type bar loader, the space-saving "COMPACT" model, and a budget version of the space-saving type with limited functions called the “BASIC” model. Additionally, a wide range of accessories, including vibration dampers, is also well-stocked.

Nutti Transfer Company was founded in 1955 in Brescia, Northern Italy, as a sister company of Carlo Nutti, which is now renowned as a brass rod manufacturer. As a specialized manufacturer of rotary transfer machines, it supplies high-production machines worldwide. Additionally, in response to recent needs, it is also focusing on models for small and medium lot production, such as "NEWFLEX" and "PENTAFLEX." In Japan, it has delivered numerous Nutti rotary transfer machines as three-way and four-way valve processing machines.

Schütte offers a wide range of products for multi-spindle automatic lathes. Multi-spindle automatic lathes are highly productive manufacturing machines where the necessary manufacturing steps and processes for producing workpieces are carried out in parallel at a high level. During this process, multiple machining spindles periodically switch to various machining stations, where the workpieces are gradually machined. All machining stations operate in parallel, and multiple tools can be combined. The productivity of multi-spindle automatic lathes varies depending on the number of spindles and usage cases, but it is approximately 5 to 7 times higher than that of single-spindle automatic lathes. The threading die head is designed to produce precise male threads in a short amount of time. It can be used for regular type cutting, high-quality screws, left and right threads, cylindrical screws, and conical screws. For conical screws, trapezoidal threading cuts are suitable. It can be made into special shapes like others, and it accommodates both British and American standards. The exchange of the chaser and chaser holder can be easily performed. This allows for the production of a wide range of dimensions and types of screws, and setup changes from one product to another can be done in a short time. It can process materials such as steel, high alloys, copper, aluminum alloys, and non-metals. There are three types of head: miniature head, standard head, and large head, with the miniature head available in two types: station type and rotation type.

It is optimal for screw rolling processing from the axial direction. The screw rolling attachment is used mounted on a tool holder. Screw rolling processing can be performed on various types of machines such as single-axis automatic lathes, multi-axis automatic lathes, and NC lathes. The attachment performs screw rolling processing by pressing two synchronized rolling rolls against the workpiece through constant feeding from the cross direction. It can maximize the utilization of pitch, diameter, and shape. There are eight types of screw rolling attachments, which are tools capable of processing screws with larger diameters. Using Wagner's patented tools, such as types B14, B16, and B19, yields the best results. Especially for very small screws, it is necessary to perform rolling on the axis as weakly as possible. Wagner's tools can roll with a minimum step of 0.02mm.
