Thread cutting die head
The threading die head is designed to produce precise male threads in a short amount of time. It can be used for regular type cutting, high-quality screws, left and right threads, cylindrical screws, and conical screws. For conical screws, trapezoidal threading cuts are suitable. It can be made into special shapes like others, and it accommodates both British and American standards. The exchange of the chaser and chaser holder can be easily performed. This allows for the production of a wide range of dimensions and types of screws, and setup changes from one product to another can be done in a short time. It can process materials such as steel, high alloys, copper, aluminum alloys, and non-metals. There are three types of head: miniature head, standard head, and large head, with the miniature head available in two types: station type and rotation type.

Applications/Examples of results
The thread cutting die head in the tangential direction can reduce running costs through the regrinding of the chaser. Additionally, since it allows for grinding and fine adjustment of the chaser's center height, high-quality cutting threads can be obtained. When it comes to die heads in Europe, it refers to WAGNER.
