Super Invar (low thermal expansion material) + carbide cutting tools: product samples have been completed. With advancements in technology, cutting tools are now required to achieve processing precision at the nano level, surpassing the traditional micron level. In the field of ultra-precision machining, it is undoubtedly effective to prevent thermal deformation in order to improve accuracy. Super Invar material, which has extremely low dimensional changes due to thermal expansion, is ideal for use in such ultra-precision machining fields. We have now proposed to solder a carbide cutting edge to the Super Invar material to further enhance precision. Leave the processing of Super Invar material to us. Our company has been engaged in the processing of Super Invar material since around 1998. The following processing is possible with Super Invar material: NC lathe processing, NC automatic lathe processing, machining, wire cutting, die-sinking electrical discharge machining, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, laser cutting, and more. Furthermore, we can combine the above processes to manufacture high-precision parts and complex-shaped components. Of course, surface treatments such as electroless nickel, low-temperature black chrome, Raiden, and others are also available. You can also leave the procurement of Super Invar material to us.
