Ueshima Heat Treatment Co., Ltd. boasts two "Modern Masters" who have received the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award, and is led by eight certified metal heat treatment specialists, forming a professional group that provides performance and quality that customers can be proud of as "their heat treatment factory" (ISO 9001 Quality Policy). Our main services include quenching and tempering of high-speed and die steels, solution treatment and aging of stainless steels, cryogenic treatment, surface modification treatments such as gas nitriding and homogenous treatment, as well as friction stir welding. We were the first in Japan to obtain JIS certification for quenching and tempering, and we are among the first two heat treatment manufacturers to acquire ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
