MDI Corporation offers cleaning at a dedicated maintenance factory, checks for penetrant testing (PT) liquids, gasket replacements, and can also provide cleaning on-site at user locations. With the introduction of the latest scale removal solution, "Dynamic Descaler," we now offer a service that allows for immediate resumption of operation through circulation cleaning on-site, as long as it is before the gasket's lifespan ends. Additionally, we can now clean copper brazing types, making us capable of addressing various scenarios. This contributes to reducing downtime and gasket costs. With conventional plate-type heat exchangers and alternative refrigerant gases, the gas temperature and water temperature can diverge more than expected, making it difficult to improve the COP value and requiring excessive heat transfer surfaces. The AC series features a new design specifically for the latest refrigerant gases, including internal patterns, nozzle shapes, and a distributor design that evenly disperses the refrigerant gas, resulting in a fully optimized refrigerant-cleaning brazed plate heat exchanger. Until now, while discharging the hot air from the equipment with the furnace to the outside, the neighboring equipment was heated with steam, and as the room temperature dropped during winter, the required amount of steam increased, leading to higher steam costs. After implementing energy-saving measures, we used the plate-type gas/gas heat exchanger "HEATEX" to exchange heat between the hot air in the equipment with the furnace and the cold air in the molding equipment area, thereby reducing the heating costs of the steam unit heater.
