A comprehensive system manufacturer of measuring devices with tradition and the latest technology.
Our company was established as a "Corporation" on March 3, 1900, in Otsu City, with the purpose of manufacturing and selling various measuring instruments, as well as managing related businesses, having received a license from the then Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce (now the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry). Since then, we have consistently continued this business for over a century through the Meiji, Taisho, Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras, up to the present day.
