This is a dedicated device for measuring bolt axial force using ultrasound. It is utilized for the fastening management of various bolts, including components for electric vehicles (EVs), battery connections, critical parts of railway vehicles, structural buildings, bridges, automotive power units, and wind power generation equipment. Our company is developing products that enable direct axial force tightening based on axial force values, which have traditionally been difficult to achieve for various reasons.

Ultrasonic Bolt Tension Meter "UI-27AF"

Ultrasonic bolt tension gauge capable of evaluating fastening and constructing fastening systems through connection with external devices.

The "UI-27AF" measures bolt axial force with high precision using ultrasonic technology. It can store measurement data for 90,000 bolts. Additionally, it allows for the management of axial force changes over time through integration with PC software.
