Techno Hashimoto Co., Ltd. is a pioneering company in dust testing machines with over 20 years of history.
1. Environmental Testing Machine We manufacture accelerated testing machines for textile dust, particulate matter, and other factors, assuming the actual usage environment of electronic and electrical products. 2. Durability Testing Machine We produce various durability testing machines, such as door opening and closing testers and plug insertion and removal testers for electric vehicles, to examine the durability of products. 3. Combing Tester An essential tool for hair cosmetics, it allows anyone to easily quantify combability.
Business Activities
Household appliances that have been used for many years may deteriorate internally due to the effects of dust and other factors, posing a risk of smoke or fire, or causing malfunctions due to dust. Techno Hashimoto manufactures equipment capable of conducting accelerated tests on products for cotton dust, particulate matter, and oil smoke. Our dust testing machines have a proven track record with many major electronics manufacturers, allowing testers to easily program and control the tests, enabling accelerated dust testing equivalent to 5 to 10 years of exposure for electrical products. Additionally, we manufacture and sell devices (combing testers) that can quantify ambiguous sensations such as the smoothness of hair care products.
