"UltraThin" is a hot runner designed for thin-type plastic injection molding, utilizing proven components. The valve gate type minimizes the thickness of the mounting plate by supplying air from the side of the cylinder. The nozzle reduces the plate thickness by changing the load point. It achieves a minimum mold thickness of 100mm for the hot runner section. The hot chip type also reduces the plate thickness by changing the load point of the nozzle, similar to the valve gate type.
