In 2026, we will hold the second edition of TÜV SÜD Japan's sustainability event, which had over 200 participants last year and achieved a satisfaction rate of 97%. The theme will be decarbonization-related regulations. We will systematically explain the rapidly expanding and complex requirements, such as GX-ETS, carbon footprint, and the European Battery Regulation, across domestic and international policy trends, laws, and corporate practices. The panel will clarify the intentions behind the regulations and the burdens on companies, presenting key points on calculation, verification, and information disclosure. By participating, you will gain guidance on future priority responses and resource allocation. After the event, there will also be networking opportunities to interact with key persons.

In this seminar, we will explain the overview and impact of the Cyber Security Act, NIS2 Directive, and Cyber Resilience Act, which are expected to affect domestic companies among various regulations. Given the complex interrelation of these laws, we will minimize the details as much as possible and focus on the key points that are important for manufacturers and the essential aspects that need to be understood.
