We accommodate high-difficulty plastic molds ranging from large to small sizes. We design and manufacture injection molds in the 30t to 500t class. Although Sudo Manufacturing is a small company, we excel in in-house 3D design, which serves as the basis for our manufacturing. By in-house production, we can smoothly carry out repairs and design changes. At Sudo Manufacturing, we place particular importance on ideas in mold design and constantly pursue new concepts. We have solved many high-difficulty molds that could not be realized or caused issues at other factories. Additionally, we continue our research day and night to create molds that are more productive and have faster molding cycles.
