AI distinguishes and suppresses over-detection, which is difficult to discern with just the judgment criteria of the hole riser. Some users have already implemented it on their lines and have achieved significant results. It is a statistical and analytical tool that allows you to see the reality on-site from inspection big data. It visualizes when, where, and what kind of defects are occurring, and can be used for process improvement based on quantitative analysis results. You can confirm change points from actual image data, which can also be utilized for reviewing the replacement cycles of cutting tools and cleaning solutions.

This is a model with improved laser and rotation for the SG-LSDC probe. The rotation speed has been increased to 18,000 rpm.
