Our company manufactures columns for HPLC as part of our business, and we have started offering "contract measurement for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)" using our HPLC system. If you provide us with the measurement conditions and send us your samples, we will conduct the measurements using our HPLC system. After the measurements, we will send you the chromatogram chart. (Note: The mobile phase solvent and column costs will be borne by the requester.) If you can use the columns we prepare (epoxy-based monolithic polymer columns), we will offer the column at a discounted price.

This is a depth filter created using innovative melt-blown technology. It features a continuous three-layer density gradient, which allows for a long lifespan. The media section is composed of ultra-fine microfibers, providing precise filtration performance, and by eliminating the center core, we have achieved initial pressure loss of less than one-third of that of conventional melt-blown filters. Additionally, since no additives or binders are used in the manufacturing process, it can be safely used in the production lines of electronic components, pharmaceuticals, and food.

When we think of "plastic," we can imagine various objects with different properties, such as expanded polystyrene and plastic erasers. Our company has devised a method (polymerization) to successfully create objects with special shapes. At first glance, it may look like an enlarged photograph of a sponge, but the spaces are not "holes" but "pores," and all the spaces and the framework are interconnected. This continuously integrated structure is called a Monolith, and since it is made by polymerizing organic materials centered around carbon, the finished product is referred to as "Monolith-type polymer." This Monolith-type polymer has the following characteristics, and we are developing products that leverage these features. [Characteristics] 1. Continuous through-holes rather than independent holes like a foam material. 2. The sizes of the framework (material part) and the flow paths (pore part) can be independently controlled, and those sizes are very uniform. 3. The framework, which is the polymer part, also forms a continuous network similar to the flow paths, demonstrating high strength.

This is a pleated filter made of polypropylene. It is integrally molded, binder-free, and uses long fiber non-woven fabric, so there is no concern about fiber shedding or binder material leaching. With its unique multi-layered media, it achieves a long life and enables the removal of gelled foreign substances. We also offer a high flow type with an outer diameter of 80mm and a steam sterilization compatible type. Additionally, there are nominal and absolute types available for filtration precision.

It is an asymmetric structure polyether sulfone membrane filter. Due to its asymmetric structure, it achieves high porosity, high flow rate, low pressure loss, and long life. The leachables are extremely low, and a small amount of rinsing can restore the non-resistance value. It is suitable for applications in ultrapure water production and the sterilization of process water. A steam sterilization compatible type is also available.
