1. We use soy ink. Our company has been in discussions with Goudou Inki Co., Ltd. to receive a supply of soybean oil ink that fits our equipment. 2. We use materials that comply with various regulations. The materials we specify are filed in MS-DS to comply with various regulations. We are gradually switching to materials that comply with: NL regulations (Negative List regulations) RoHS directive (Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances) JGPPSI survey substances (Japan Green Procurement Survey Standardization Initiative) and others. 3. We strive to shorten processes by accommodating CTP and on-demand printing. Reduction of waste through the introduction of on-demand printing machines that can produce small lots. Reduction of the plate-making process by adopting film-less CTP. Labor-saving in the submission process through internet submissions. By improving efficiency in various processes, we aim to minimize environmental impact. *We have obtained ISO 14001 certification for our environmental management system.

We are pleased to announce that a new Label Robot (manufactured by Graphtec) has started operating. Utilizing the know-how gained from our label factory (also manufactured by Graphtec), we will further respond to the needs for small lot production of various types. It is possible to place multiple labels on a single separator. Therefore, label procurement management can be done with one sheet per machine. Since it cuts with a plotter, there is no need for die cutting. This makes it highly recommended for prototypes, small lots, and short delivery times. Adobe Illustrator data can be output to conventional materials such as Neema, foil, and mirror coat. Additionally, we can add PP processing upon request, ensuring excellent durability. Please make use of our labels for prototypes and small lots. *Printing is only available in black.
