Micro Tech's high-precision squeegee grinding machine, the "Micro Dresser," uses a special porous grinding stone for soft rubber that rotates at high speed, allowing for precise stroking of the squeegee holder. This enables smooth grinding of not only urethane rubber but also silicone rubber squeegees with high linearity. The grinding stone comes in two types: coarse and fine, allowing for efficient grinding without clogging. There are two models available to match the length of the squeegee: the MDL-5 for a maximum length of 500 mm and the MDL-11 for 1100 mm. Additionally, the squeegee holder is inclined at a 5-degree angle to facilitate clamping operations. We encourage you to use this as an aid in screen printing management.
