We have already informed all concerned parties, but the Osaka Sales Office will be integrated into the Headquarters (located in Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture) as of Friday, August 10, 2012. Business operations will resume at the Headquarters starting Monday, August 20, following the summer holiday from August 11 (Saturday) to August 19 (Sunday). We understand that there may be some inconveniences during the initial phase of the integration, and we kindly ask for your understanding. The Osaka Sales Office was established as a branch office in March 1965 and has been able to receive support from customers in the Kinki, Hokuriku, and Shikoku regions for nearly half a century. We would like to formally announce the integration and express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage. Starting August 20 (Monday), inquiries will be handled at the "Headquarters" listed below. We sincerely hope for your continued support in the future.

Thanks to your support, the popular Surveillance King series has surpassed a total sales figure of 50,000 units! Due to the benefits of the strong yen, we will implement a price reduction of 5,000 yen (including tax: 5,250 yen) from January 2012. *As of the end of March 2012, some models currently in use (specifically: Surveillance King 1 and MPC-1) will no longer be usable due to frequency reorganization. We kindly ask customers considering a replacement to place their orders as soon as possible.
