We often receive requests from electronic component manufacturers, who are our users, for embossed tape with the same vertical and horizontal dimensions for pockets but with different depths. There have been various inquiries, such as wanting to use it for similar products, making design changes to components, or wanting to make it a bit shallower to improve the insertion rate of taping. Our company adopts both press molding and insert mold methods, allowing us to easily mold embossed tape with depth variations ranging from 0.01mm to 1.00mm.
