The Higashimoto Kikai "Grinder" thoroughly pursues the essence of "cutting without kneading the raw materials," allowing for optimal products to be obtained through appropriate rotation speeds and spiral cylinders, as well as special plates and knives tailored to various raw materials. The "New Type Grinder" has achieved a significant increase in production capacity with proper rotation speed control while maintaining the safety of conventional machines. Additionally, to enhance cleanability, it has become possible to disassemble the forced roll, which was often a blind spot in conventional machines. A new low-hopper type simple press grinder that allows direct input of salted raw materials from injectors and other sources has also been added to the lineup.
