We would like to introduce a plant factory in Taiwan that is reputed for its high quality. The LEDs used for cultivation have been developed through collaboration between Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute, industrial universities, and private companies from Taiwan and Japan. Our light bars have been improved for research and experimental use based on those used here. In Taiwan, there are three restaurants called "SOOTH ROAD" that utilize vegetables grown with LEDs, and vegetables are also sold at Costco locations within Taiwan. This plant factory replicates strong sunlight and utilizes the features of LED light bars that allow for optimal dimming tailored to the growth needs of different crops. By measuring the light data that makes each vegetable the most delicious and promotes healthy growth using LED light bars and spectrometers, we pursue cultivation that matches the unique growth characteristics, creating a safe and tasty growing environment that is not affected by weather or natural conditions. This allows us to protect the natural growth of crops from changes in soil conditions and acid rain, making it possible to realize a new slow food movement that sustains the food culture rooted in the land.
