The remarkable development of information technology at the end of the 20th century has brought about a structural change in society characterized by the rapid flow of information. Originally, IT should make human work easier; however, as a result of the rapid flow of information, some individuals, particularly knowledge work leaders within organizations, are facing an overwhelming concentration of information processing burdens, creating new bottlenecks. Our social mission is to present "new solutions utilizing IT" in response to these "new problems brought about by IT."
