We would like to introduce an improvement case where the contact of a resin-integrated component was redesigned and manufactured as a combination of SUS and ceramic materials. Previously, it was replaced after about 50,000 cycles, but we were able to extend its life to over 400,000 cycles. Furthermore, in glass melting and welding, the use of a dedicated intermediate heating chip and "ACMS-HT" allows for stable heating of only the necessary parts, reducing shape distortion due to temperature variations.
