SH2 (Super Hard Carbide) is a new ultra-hard material that suppresses the growth of Wc particles caused by high-temperature heating by simultaneously performing press molding and sintering through a special sintering technique. It also minimizes the occurrence of pores by conducting short-time activation sintering at low temperatures, resulting in a hard and stable structure. Due to its high hardness and low cobalt content, the wear resistance of cutting tools is improved during the cutting process. By adopting SH2 (Super Hard Carbide), the lifespan of cutting punches and dies has been extended. We would like to introduce an improvement case where the contact of a resin-integrated component was redesigned and manufactured as a combination of SUS and ceramic materials. Previously, it was replaced after about 50,000 cycles, but we were able to extend its life to over 400,000 cycles. Here is a practical example using the DC linear arc power supply "ARMS-5." In the processing of electronic component winding terminals, the pressing and following parts crush the fine wires due to their weight, leading to high production equipment installation costs. Therefore, we implemented short-time arc welding using the DC linear arc power supply "ARMS-5" and a torch. As a result, it became possible to set the welding position, number of turns, and melting diameter, reducing the installation costs. Additionally, there are practical examples in sealing tubular items such as needles, as well as in welding thermocouples and inside pipes. Here are practical examples using the temperature feedback power supply "ACMS-HT." In the joining of fine wires for electronic components, the uneven grounding surface causes temperature variations, leading to unstable joints. Additionally, variations in heating result in thermal effects on the surrounding area. Therefore, by stabilizing the heating chip temperature with the temperature feedback power supply "ACMS-HT," we can reduce thermal damage caused by temperature fluctuations. Furthermore, in glass melting and welding, the use of a dedicated intermediate heating chip and "ACMS-HT" allows for stable heating of only the necessary parts, reducing shape distortion due to temperature variations.
