The Safe Lock is a lock uniquely designed by Troax, which can be quickly and easily installed directly onto the panel with two bolts. The door is secured with sturdy metal bolts, and the Safe Lock has passed impact tests to withstand 1,600 joules of force. The escape release handle is designed to fit between the mesh openings, eliminating the need to cut any wires. To prevent tampering, blind rivets can be added to secure the lock to the door blade. When the door is open, a padlock can be used to secure the lock, preventing the door from closing during maintenance. The cylinder lock is a sturdy metal locking tube. The locking tube and striking plate are reinforced with a welded steel cover, reducing the risk of tampering. There are various profiles of cylinders available, with options for <double-sided or single-sided> and <same key or different keys>.

The Safe Escape Lock is an ideal lock for automated warehouses. It can have a non-contact proximity switch added inside, allowing the power to be cut off when the door is opened. With the knob and euro cylinder lock, the door can be securely locked from the outside, allowing only workers with keys to enter. The red handle for panic escape is only reachable from the inside and is protected from tampering on the outside by a black plate. The sturdy aluminum lock tube comes with a fixture for a padlock, allowing it to be secured when the door is open or to prevent it from closing during maintenance work. The switch to be installed on the lock and profile euro cylinder can be selected from various types. The Safe Escape is pre-installed as a right or left version to fit single-hinged or double-hinged doors.

MGB (Multi-Functional Gate Box) is an interlock or guard lock system suitable for environments that require extremely high safety standards. It is equipped with functions such as interlock, guard lock, escape release, start/stop, and emergency stop buttons. All MGB products are optimized for use with safety fences and are equally suitable for sliding doors as well as doors with hinges on both sides. Installation and changing the direction of operation can be done quickly and easily. This lock complies with performance level e (guard lock type) according to EN ISO 13849-1 or SIL3 according to EN 62061. We provide brackets compatible with the desired MGB version.

The AZM201 is a monitor-equipped guard lock system that features simple and intuitive operation. It utilizes self-monitoring series wiring with 31 sensors and 3 LEDs to display operational status, making it suitable for environments with high safety requirements. It is equipped with a one-handed operable escape release exit that functions even when not powered. By using a dedicated Troax bracket, the AZM201 can be easily installed on both hinged and sliding doors. This lock complies with performance level e (guard locking type) according to EN ISO 13849-1 or SIL3 according to EN 62061. We provide brackets compatible with the desired AZM version.
