Specialized group for peripheral equipment of machine tools!!
Our company was established in November 1987, based on many years of experience in the development, production technology, and sales activities of NC retrofitting for various types of machine tools, as well as the conversion to machining centers (installation of automatic tool changers and other devices). Since then, we have been manufacturing and selling various automation and labor-saving devices, including ATCs (automatic tool changers), APCs (automatic pallet changers), and auto loaders.
Business Activities
● Various ATC and APC Devices By combining years of know-how with the latest technology, we design and manufacture control devices of all types, from small to large. ● Dexter System This is a shockless high-speed stop and indexing system for rotary or linear motion. It is used not only in our ATC and APC devices but also in the indexing of turret tool holders for large lathes. ● Auto Loader Workpiece loading and unloading for grinding machines, lathes, and cutting machines are primarily performed using a gantry-type system. ● Torque Actuator This type allows for oscillation or oscillation plus linear motion, with the oscillation angle adjustable based on usage conditions. It has also been successfully used as a space-saving changer unit (arm drive part) for ATC devices. ● Control Device We design and manufacture control panels for various machines and devices. The control panels for continuous testing of our ATC devices are produced in-house.
