Free membership registrationThis product can conduct vibration tests on large test specimens by synchronously operating four vibration tables. Each vibration table that makes up the large vibration table can secure excitation frequencies from DC to 50Hz (200Hz). A wide range of vibration tests has been realized on the large vibration table, from low-frequency tests like seismic simulations to high-frequency areas such as vibration tests for railway products and packaged cargo. 【Specifications (excerpt)】 ■Table dimensions: Approximately 5.0m × 5.0m (2.4m × 2.4m table × 4 sides) ■Maximum load capacity: 40 tons ■Excitation frequency: DC to 50Hz (200Hz) ■Excitation direction: Single axis, arbitrary 2 axes, 3 axes (synchronous excitation of 4 table sides, 4 sides phase-delayed excitation) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of a seismic simulation contract vibration test conducted by our company. Traditionally, when installing bank ATMs, anchors were used to secure the ATM to the installation floor. However, to improve convenience for interior changes in stores, we devised the installation of seismic sheets, and conducted tests to verify that the ATM would not move during an earthquake. We performed vibration demonstration tests, and it was confirmed that the bank ATM did not move due to the seismic sheets under various vibrations. [Test Specimen] ■ Name: Bank ATM ■ Weight: Approximately 80 kg ■ Dimensions: Height approximately 500 mm × Width approximately 600 mm × Depth approximately 1400 mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of vibration testing related to automobiles that our company conducted. When conducting vibration tests on an onboard reactor for HEVs, we performed tests to confirm how the overall effective acceleration at specific points of the specimen changes during simultaneous three-axis vibration testing and single-axis vibration testing. To do this, we attached acceleration sensors to two specific points of the onboard reactor for HEVs and compared the overall effective acceleration during the simultaneous three-axis vibration test with that during the Z-axis single-axis vibration test. As a result, it was clearly demonstrated that the overall acceleration was higher during the simultaneous three-axis vibration test, and that greater acceleration values were applied at the two specific measurement points of the specimen compared to the single-axis vibration. [Test Specimen] ■ Name: Onboard Reactor for HEVs ■ Mass: Approximately 30 kg ■ Dimensions: 640 mm (length) × 480 mm (width) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of vibration testing related to aircraft that our company conducted. For electronic components used in aircraft that experienced operational failures, we verified whether the issues could be reproduced through a three-axis simultaneous vibration test, which is closer to real environmental conditions, rather than a single-axis vibration test. While conducting a random three-axis simultaneous vibration test with the electronic component under power, we observed failures in the signal transmission of the electronic component. This verification allowed us to clarify the cause of the failure of the electronic component in question. [Test Specimen] ■ Name: Electronic Component for Aircraft ■ Weight: 17kg (including mounting fixture) ■ Dimensions: Approximately 300mm(W) x 200mm(D) x 150mm(H) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case of seismic vibration testing conducted by our company. Tests were carried out to verify whether the equipment operates normally in accordance with the seismic testing standards for nuclear facilities at the relevant site. The acceleration of the shaking table was set to ensure that the response acceleration of four specific parts of the test specimen reached the specified values, and mechanical function tests of the test specimen were conducted during the vibration testing. As a result of the vibration tests, it was confirmed that the functions of the test specimen remained normal even during the excitation. [Test Specimen] ■ Name: Nuclear-related Equipment ■ Mass: Approximately 750 kg ■ Dimensions: Length approximately 500 mm × Width approximately 1750 mm × Height approximately 1240 mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis product can consistently perform everything from collecting transportation environment data to creating data for three-axis vibration tests and conducting simultaneous random vibration reproduction tests. The procedure from collecting vibration data through a transportation environment data recorder to conducting three-axis vibration tests is as follows: First, actual simulated driving is performed to collect data, which is then converted into PSD. After that, a random vibration test is conducted using the PSD. Furthermore, the PSD random vibration test data created by dedicated software is input into the digital control vibration controller of the vibration testing machine to carry out the vibration test. 【Steps to Conduct Three-Axis Vibration Tests】 ■ Step 1: Collection of actual driving data ■ Step 2: Vibration analysis ■ Step 3: Vibration testing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
