PISCO's robot hand (end effector) "Vacuum Gripper VRG" uses a soft ring-shaped sponge pad that conforms to uneven and deformed workpieces for effective suction. The use of a magnetic coupling eliminates sliding at the sealing part, ensuring high durability and eliminating maintenance due to seal wear. Furthermore, there is no heat generation from sliding seals, and combined with forced air cooling, it achieves low heat generation. The material used is a super engineering plastic with excellent self-lubrication and wear resistance, and special treatment on the surface contributes to lightweight and long lifespan. Low-dust and low-volatility vacuum cleaning grease is used, eliminating the need for lubrication. Together with the few sliding parts, it minimizes contamination of the surrounding environment from wear particles. Of course, it complies with RoHS directives and CE marking.
