The origin of the company began when my parents took up brushes and paper to manufacture mannequins in our backyard, which served as an open-air factory. Through their hard work, often late into the night, we expanded to a rented factory near our home. We have diversified our production to include general molded products, anime characters, animals, slides, and amusement rides for department store rooftops, as well as realistic-looking chocolates, leading to the establishment of our factory in Shimo-Akasaka, which is now our warehouse. Overcoming the oil shock, we eventually found ourselves at the starting line of the MOTORSPORTS industry, which has become one of our main production fields, and we continue to expand. With short lead times, we ensure precise operations and acceleration work. By enhancing grip and driven by a sense of responsibility and execution, we strive to reach the pinnacle of the world. Our superior cowling allows us to move forward under any adverse conditions. Although management has had its ups and downs, we have navigated relatively safely, and I believe we could not have done so without everyone's support. In 1998, we purchased our headquarters factory through a parent-child loan, and since then, we have established a three-division system focusing on motorcycles, automobiles, and aircraft. We have worked collectively towards obtaining ISO 9001 certification through improvements in quality assurance related to prototype operations, small-lot, diverse manufacturing, CAD/CAM/5-axis MC processing, various mold production, manufacturing, special secondary processing, measurement inspection, and painting. Additionally, our aircraft division has achieved JIS Q 9100 certification through the design, development, and manufacturing of composite material jigs for composite parts production. We aim to improve our production system by nurturing people who will continue to innovate. At the same time, we encourage those working on the ground to share their insights, reaffirm the aspirations of our founder, the chairman, and carry them forward as a united workforce. We aspire to further development and growth from a differentiated small factory to a medium-sized enterprise, building a "challenge for the future" with all employees gathered here.
