By connecting it directly to the exhaust duct of machine tools, it effectively and efficiently protects employees, equipment, and the factory environment from contamination and productivity decline caused by coolant mist, thereby improving productivity. Utilizing a highly efficient coalescer, it achieves high separation performance for non-water-soluble coolant lubricants. This ensures reliable operation even at very high mist concentrations, with economical maintenance intervals and a long lifespan of up to 2 years. 【Features】 - Reduces consumption and costs of coolant and lubricants through an oil circulation closed circuit. - Suitable for high-concentration gases up to 3,000 mg/h and non-water-soluble coolants that use oil. - Compared to centrifugal separators, cyclone filters, and electrostatic filters, it offers superior cleaning performance (oil droplet separation and recovery performance) and a long service life. - Using an optional pre-filter element (only for LGA601FUW type) can enhance the oil droplet separation and recovery performance of the coalescer filter. - Filter elements can be easily replaced.
