Based on our experience supplying numerous air curtains to various production sites, it has been confirmed that in most locations, the interior of the factory is in a state of negative pressure relative to atmospheric pressure. This phenomenon of negative pressure has been found to be largely caused by ventilation from ceiling fans and local exhaust systems introduced as measures for improving the working environment. Many of these local exhaust systems are legally required production equipment, and the current situation is that each site is struggling to improve the working environment. Additionally, companies that have obtained ISO 14001 certification are also obligated to conserve energy, and they are facing difficulties not only in increasing power consumption with new local exhaust equipment but also in reducing power consumption. To resolve the contradiction between these measures for improving the working environment and energy conservation, our company has developed a device that artificially generates a "tornado" (patented) from our accumulated airflow control technologies. As you know, a tornado is a swirling vortex. Therefore, it can be said that this local exhaust hood has a new airflow direction that was not present in conventional local exhaust hoods, contributing to both working environment improvement and energy conservation.
