The tabletop taping tool 'KTHB Fix' does not require a power supply and is a manual type where you set the tape and wrap it, allowing for easy introduction and the possibility of reducing takt time and stabilizing quality. Its lightweight and compact design makes it easy to move. Tape replacement can be done with a single touch, minimizing downtime for setup changes. In addition to the tabletop KTHB Fix, we also offer the handy KTHB Micro, which is convenient for taping long wire harnesses and harnesses integrated into equipment.

In tasks that involve using tie bands, such as harnesses with a large number of bindings, the process of tightening the band and then cutting the end can become cumbersome. However, this product is a tool that allows you to simultaneously tighten and cut using the power of air simply by squeezing a lever. Since the tightening torque can be preset, it ensures a consistent tightening torque at all times, eliminating variations in quality such as under-tightening or over-tightening. By performing cutting simultaneously with tightening, it also helps prevent injuries caused by burrs on the cut ends. In the case of fully automatic machines, specialized tie bands are required, but this product can use standard tie bands as they are, leading to cost reduction. Using the optional cutting length adjustment spacer, it is also possible to change the cutting length of the ends.

It allows for pulling out wires while stored, and the transparent design enables color verification of the wires. You can take it out as is for use on-site, or stack it for organized storage space.
