The product is a hydraulic accumulator equipped with a flexible bladder rubber. It consists of a welded and forged pressure vessel, accumulator bladder, and valve (gas side), with fluid connections. The bladder serves to separate the "liquid part" and the "gas part." In addition to standard products, we also offer special specifications for accumulators. The HYDACLab HLB 1300 series is a multifunctional sensor that allows real-time observation of the operating fluid's condition in hydraulic systems. If there is any change in the fluid's state, it sends the latest data to the user, enabling immediate response in case of deteriorating operating conditions. By monitoring temperature, relative humidity, and dielectric constant, it can detect oil degradation and contamination by different oils at an early stage, alerting the user through analog signals or warning alarms. Its compact design makes installation easy. It is compatible with HLP mineral oil (HLP-D available upon request) and esters (HEES, HETG).
