The company was founded by Endo, who still serves as the representative, just 17 days before the Great Hanshin Earthquake, in a room of his home. Initially, it was established out of a very ordinary motivation: to see how far the dbMAGIC technology he possessed could be applied in the world and how much money he could make from it. However, as he realized that the services he could provide alone were limited in the increasingly complex and diversified IT industry, he began to seek a broader pool of talent and started considering business expansion in 2000 to enhance customer satisfaction. In December 2002, the company transitioned from a limited liability company to a corporation, and from the fiscal year 2004, it initiated the establishment of an employee stock ownership plan, recruitment of external shareholders, and capital alliances. Now, everyone has become a shareholder, sharing a sense of management, which has led to the continuous planning and promotion of new projects.
