A sintered filter is made by filling a mold made of carbon or stainless steel with metal powder of uniform particle size and then sintering it at high temperatures in a reducing atmosphere. It is an aggregate of countless metal powders. Utilizing the characteristic porosity of this aggregate, it is used as a filter in a wide range of fields. Sintered metal filters possess sufficient filtration performance, heat resistance, durability, and mechanical strength due to our years of experience and technology, and they can be produced in a variety of dimensions and shapes, making them an ideal filter material.

Sintered metal is... An alloy created by compressing metal powder into a desired shape to form a compact, which is then sintered at high temperatures. It is alloyed without going through melting and casting processes. Advantages of sintered metal: 1. No cutting waste is produced during the shaping of raw powder, making it economical. 2. It can supply stable parts with minimal dimensional variation in large quantities. 3. Utilizing porosity (voids), it can create parts that can be used without lubrication by incorporating oil. 4. It is possible to integrally mold ASS'Y parts made of two components. Moreover, integration is possible even using copper infiltration methods. 5. Even special metal formulations can be mixed in small lots compared to melted metals. 6. Physical properties, except for impact values, are comparable to general steel materials in use. 7. Post-processing (carburizing hardening, anti-rust treatment) is also possible. With sealing treatment, electroplating can be done freely.

• Other processing machines

In the sintered screw-type filter (silencer and detection tube filter), we have standardized the screw sizes for copper and stainless steel (flat type and cup type). It is used in the exhaust section of high-pressure air to absorb sound energy by utilizing its porous characteristics, thereby reducing exhaust noise. It is also used for filtration, venting (gas release), and foaming.
