"Continuous Hoop Insert Molding" is a high-precision advanced technology developed by Fuji Seiko Co., Ltd., which completes the entire process inline from metal material → primary molding → cutting/bending → secondary molding → product cutting, and even inspection. By utilizing double hoop molding, it is possible to arbitrarily combine different colors/types of resins, enabling unmanned production of multi-color and multi-resin molding that has never been possible before. This enables complex processing such as the incorporation of dissimilar metal materials, tie bar cutting, and intricate bending after molding to be completed "completely unmanned" in-line.
