TECHNICAL COMPANY OF METAL MAGNET

A technical sales company that conducts contract manufacturing with partnered manufacturers in China. We produce Alnico magnets, FCC magnets, and Sm-Co magnets with a strong focus on quality at our partnered manufacturers in China. With extensive experience guiding Chinese manufacturers since 2004, we have instructed them in Japanese magnet manufacturing and management techniques, leading them to mass production. Our team consists of engineers who have long been involved in manufacturing at Japanese companies, and together with our partner manufacturers in China, we will continue to supply magnets to keep the flame alive for those that have seen reduced production in Japan. We manage the entire process from manufacturing to delivery in-house. To ensure our customers can use our products with confidence, we handle all quality control from the manufacturing process to delivery. For this purpose, we present our own inspection standards and QC process charts to our partnered manufacturers, based on specifications agreed upon with our customers, separate from the local manufacturers' quality control systems, ensuring that we handle products manufactured under strict quality management. We have a dual inspection check system with our contracted manufacturers. The products inspected by the contracted manufacturers undergo a rigorous acceptance inspection by our inspection department based on the inspection standards, and only the products that pass this inspection are delivered to our customers.
