Business Activities
Since its establishment in 1995, the company has been focused on developing a custom order production management system called "Dr. Process Family," aimed at single-item production, particularly in the mold manufacturing industry. "Dr. Process Family" is centered around "Dr. Process PRO / Dr. Cost PRO" and includes "Dr. Large Schedule," which enables comprehensive management of large schedules including inquiry information, "Dr. Purchasing," which streamlines purchasing operations, and "Dr. Sales," which covers everything from estimates and orders to delivery and invoicing. To date, "Dr. Process Family" has been adopted by over 600 users, primarily in the machine tool departments of major manufacturing companies and mold manufacturers. Various implementation cases have become valuable know-how, and the company has established a system that allows it to provide one-stop services ranging from operational guidance to consulting. Since 2018, it has expanded its business domain by introducing "Dr. Mold Management" aimed at mold users.
