Manuals are part of the product, and unclear manuals are considered a defect in the product. Readable and understandable manuals reflect the manufacturer's spirit of service and consideration for customers, and good manuals bring dignity and grace to the manufacturer. While manuals are often viewed as an expense, they are actually a duty for manufacturers. The reasons for creating good manuals are clear, as mentioned earlier, but sales promotion is necessary to sell products. Catalogs, advertisements, and nowadays, the web are all important elements of sales promotion, and it is essential to express Corporate Identity through these channels. - Manual production is the responsibility of the manufacturer. - Sales promotion production is necessary but considered an expense for the manufacturer.
