By applying it to freezing devices, it achieves high-quality freezing through accelerated freezing speeds. 【Features】 ◆ Energy Saving By actively lowering the condensation pressure below the typical limit and optimizing it to never fall below the necessary pressure value to reach the evaporation pressure, along with operating at a small temperature difference (TD), significant power reduction is possible. ◆ Frost Suppression By operating the temperature difference between the refrigerant evaporation temperature of the unit cooler and the room temperature at around 5°C, it significantly reduces the number of defrost cycles, protecting stored products from the adverse effects of defrosting. ◆ Quality Preservation of Stored Products Operating with a small temperature difference suppresses the driving force (sublimation thrust), preventing the drying of stored products and enabling long-term quality preservation. ◆ Achievement of Ultra-Low Temperatures with Two-Stage Compression Refrigeration Stable operation at -60°C room temperature is possible using R-404A refrigerant.
