• Cleaning agents

"RST-5" is an environmentally friendly water-based cleaner that does not require acetone and is designed with the next generation in mind. Composed of 95% water, it allows for cleaning hands, brushes, and rollers without using harmful solvents, effectively removing resins, inks, greases, paints, and more without posing any danger. Additionally, polypropylene sheets can be easily installed at a low cost without resin sticking to them. Our company handles molding auxiliary materials 'Infusion/VaRTM & Autoclave'. "Infusion molding" suppresses the dispersion of styrene odor and is environmentally friendly. "Nidaplast polypropylene honeycomb" is a honeycomb made of hexagonal cells extruded from polypropylene. To improve adhesion with UP resin, polyester non-woven fabric is thermally fused on both sides of the core. To prevent the resin from filling the cells, polypropylene barrier film is applied beneath the non-woven fabric. It can be perfectly installed to the contours of the molded product due to heavy pressure or vacuum, and it is also possible to create a double skin laminate surface at once. "Devini Cell H" is a high-performance core that can be cut with a cutter during processing. It features excellent adhesive performance, chemical resistance, and low moisture absorption, making it compatible with epoxy resin, polyester resin, and vinyl ester resin. "RM2000" is a special resin for mold making that cures at room temperature simply by adding AAPO. It is an unsaturated polyester resin specifically adjusted for mold making. It is a resin containing fillers and accelerators, which can be used immediately after adding a hardener. It is suitable for molding molds that require high precision. Additionally, it allows for mold production in a shorter time compared to conventional methods.
