NDK Corporation was founded in 1979. It started with IC units. Over time, due to changes in trends and needs, it evolved from inspection equipment for video and television to microcomputer control systems, IC/LSI control devices, automatic control devices, advanced sequencer control, and data recording and analysis devices incorporating personal computers. 80% of the products are made to order, with 50% of the control devices supplied to manufacturers within the prefecture, while the rest are distributed outside the prefecture and overseas. Automatic inspection machines, assembly machines, and conveyors, including robots, are mainly delivered to the Kinki and Chukyo regions, as well as to Europe, the United States, China, South Korea, India, Thailand, and Malaysia, where they are actively used.
Business Activities
○ Control Department (Electrical Design, Software Development, Control Panel Manufacturing, Electrical Installation) - Manufacturing of automatic control panels, power panels, operation panels, etc., from electrical design to electrical installation and machine startup. ○ Measurement Department (Automatic Measurement Devices, Data Processing Systems) - On-site installation, with the possibility of connecting to other companies' machines and data verification upon request. - A data recording system utilizing the factory LAN can also be constructed. ○ Automatic Machinery Manufacturing Department (Intelligent automatic machines such as automatic characteristic testing machines, performance measuring machines, automatic adjustment machines, etc.) - Measurement: Capable of measuring torque, pressure, load, vibration, temperature, voltage, current, impedance, dimensions, distance, etc., across all fields. - Assembly Machines: Control of Cartesian, SCARA, multi-joint robots, servo and pulse motors, and various actuators is also done in-house, with a proven track record in various industries and fields. - Inspection devices using image processing equipment and assembly devices from various manufacturers can be handled.
