GUNJI Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of land-based air conditioning systems and land-based liquid temperature control systems, established in 1972. In 1973, we became the exclusive distributor in Japan for the "Cruise Air" brand from the American company Dometic, which boasts the world's No. 1 market share for marine air conditioners for small vessels. At a time when car air conditioners were just beginning to emerge, we worked as an industry opinion leader to promote marine air conditioning. Our products have been successively adopted as genuine air conditioners by government-related vessels and major ship manufacturers such as Yamaha and Toyota, and we have enjoyed long-standing patronage. In 1977, we developed various chillers, which became our second pillar, with the birth of a special grooved double-tube heat exchanger in collaboration with Kobe Steel, contributing to the modernization of fisheries and industry. We are a company skilled in manufacturing products that can withstand harsh conditions. It is our job to solve our customers' problems with the technology we have cultivated over many years.
