"Ganko Oyaji" is a reinforcement system that improves the shear strength, ductility, and seismic resistance of concrete slab foundations by applying carbon fiber sheets with a matrix resin. Since it involves the application of high-strength carbon fiber, it achieves a strong, cost-effective, and aesthetically pleasing finish. It is suitable for existing homes. Reinforcement is done by applying carbon fiber with matrix resin to unreinforced foundations. Additionally, for cracked foundations, epoxy resin is injected under low pressure before applying the carbon fiber. 【Features】 ■ High strength (the cracked unreinforced foundation becomes much stronger than when it was new) ■ High durability (particularly resistant to salt damage and corrosion) ■ Increased shear strength, ductility, and seismic resistance ■ Significantly reduced construction time, making it cost-effective (construction period of 3 to 5 days) ■ Minimal noise due to the absence of heavy machinery *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "i-LIFT method" is a technique that injects grout into the ground to lift and restore tilted or sunken buildings while also enhancing the ground's bearing capacity. Since the injection is performed while continuously measuring with a high-precision leveling instrument, fine adjustments to the level are possible. Additionally, the use of compact machinery allows for construction even in areas with limited space between adjacent buildings. This method can shorten the construction period compared to conventional methods. 【Features】 ■ Fine adjustments to the level are possible ■ Construction is possible in areas with limited space between adjacent buildings ■ Shortened construction period ■ Can be applied even if ground improvement has already been carried out ■ Can be used for measures to prevent ground subsidence *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Settlement correction work" introduces the flow from the occurrence of differential settlement to the correction work. A commonly used method is the steel pipe pile driving method, which supports the building's load by driving steel pipe piles into the supporting ground using jacks, thereby supporting and correcting the entire building. [Contents] ■ Building level measurement (current situation assessment) ■ Flow from the occurrence of differential settlement to correction work ■ Steel pipe pile driving method ■ Overview of each method *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationLiquefaction surveys (liquefaction assessments) are investigations that determine the potential for liquefaction during an earthquake based on the conditions of the ground and water levels. By understanding whether the area is prone to liquefaction and implementing appropriate liquefaction countermeasures, damage can be minimized. GeoTech Co., Ltd. offers four levels of methods, ranging from preliminary assessments based on documentation to detailed assessments involving boring surveys. 【Features of GeoTech】 - Experienced analysis staff (3 licensed geological surveyors) - Many employees hold qualifications as residential ground engineers and chief engineers from the NPO Housing Ground Quality Association - Ground consulting before and after surveys - Achievements in ground surveys and ground reinforcement work in the metropolitan area are compiled in the Ground Information Provision System (GEODAS), enhancing diagnostic accuracy through database creation and comparison with neighboring data - Courteous service to clients For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Free membership registrationThe ground investigation method commonly referred to simply as boring investigation is formally known as the boring and standard penetration test. This investigation utilizes holes drilled by boring (i.e., hollowing out) to conduct standard penetration tests that measure the hardness of the ground at intervals of 1 meter. It is usually conducted simultaneously with soil sampling. The data obtained from the standard penetration test is referred to as the N value, which can be used as a guideline for estimating the stability of the ground. 【Features】 ○ The most commonly conducted ground investigation during design and construction in construction projects. ○ Clarifies the composition of strata by excavating the investigation site and observing the soil. ○ Measures the N value to understand the relative hardness and compactness of the soil in situ. ○ Can advance through any deep or hard layers. Free membership registrationAt Geotech Co., Ltd., we offer a wide range of services including the commonly used Swedish sounding test for residential foundation surveys, as well as boring surveys suitable for large buildings and various soil tests. The "Swedish sounding test" was adopted around 1917 by the Swedish State Railways for investigating poor roadbeds and later became widely used in Scandinavian countries. It was introduced in Japan around 1954 by the Ministry of Construction for embankment foundation surveys. In 1976, it was established as a JIS standard, and now most foundation surveys for residential houses are conducted using this test, recognized as JISA1221 (2002). 【Features】 - A rod with a screw point attached to the tip measures penetration depth with a load of up to 100 kg. - When penetration stops, the handle is rotated to screw it into the ground, measuring the half-turn newton required to screw in 1 meter. - The test allows for the differentiation between sandy soil and clayey soil based on the sounds transmitted through the rod and the penetration resistance. - In soft strata, surveys can be conducted to a depth of about 10 meters.
