"SUPER COUPLE 1000M" is a high corrosion-resistant sheath thermocouple and protection tube that uses a high corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloy from Okazaki Seisakusho's extensive sheath materials. By adopting a special sheath, it reduces deterioration and achieves a long lifespan. Additionally, with a heat resistance temperature of 800°C, it can be used even in high-temperature corrosive environments. It has become possible to manufacture thermometer protection tubes made of TZM alloy (titanium-zirconium-molybdenum alloy) used in the aerospace industry and in reactors. This increases the options available for high-temperature corrosive environments, where ceramic-based thermometer protection tubes were previously the main choice. It also accommodates machining processes such as threading that could not be achieved with ceramic-based protection tubes.
