SVM-06 is a high-performance MIPI monitor board. It is a board for recording and displaying video signals via the MIPI interface. It can output to HDMI monitors and UVC (USB3.0/PC). Compared to the conventional SVM-MIPI product, the transfer rate per MIPI lane has been increased to 1.5Gbps/lane. Simultaneous output of UVC and HDMI is also possible, and 4K HDMI output has been achieved. By using two FPGAs compatible with MIPI-PHY, specifically Lattice's CrossLink and Xilinx's Artix7, it has become easier to connect to virtual channel compatible SerDes. The multi-boot feature allows for various functionalities, such as side-by-side image output with simultaneous input from two sensor channels and synchronized input using multiple SVM-06 units. It is also compatible with Linux environments.

Free membership registrationThe MIPI generator SVO-03-MIPI is a camera emulation board that converts and outputs video signals input via USB 3.0 or HDMI into MIPI video signals. The recorded video on SVO-03-MIPI can be output to image processing devices like a camera module or CMOS image sensor. It is also possible to use CG video from a PC. Since MIPI signals can be output at video timings specified by the user, emulation of image sensors is possible. By allowing devices like ISPs to recognize video data from a PC as sensor video, development speed can be improved. This enables the development of image processing devices even when on-site shooting is difficult or while sensor development is ongoing.

Free membership registrationThe Image Recorder SVI-09 is a board designed to input and output video signals from a parallel interface to USB3.0 (Vendor Class/PC). By using a 100-pin connector directly connected to the FPGA, it can support various input and output types (such as LVDS). With I2C communication support, controlling cameras and SerDes is easy, and in Vendor mode, our provided application can display video histograms, vector scopes, etc., allowing for real-time video analysis. It also supports 2-channel connections for CMOS sensors, making it an ideal environment for stereo camera development. Additionally, compared to the previous product SVI-06, the SVI-09 has more capacity for the FPGA and frame memory. It can also be used as a development board for commissioned development with FPGA plugin functionality.

Free membership registrationThe LAN-IF board NV051 (hereinafter referred to as NV051) is a circuit board used to connect to our image recorder SVI-09 and output the video input to the SVI-09 board via Ethernet. The NV051 is equipped with the Texas Instruments Gigabit Ethernet PHY IC DP83867, allowing it to transmit video up to 1280×720 / 30fps (in YUV16 format) using wired Gigabit Ethernet. We have developed a solution using the NV051 to transfer camera images to a host PC via LAN instead of USB. It is more manageable than a USB cable, making it widely used for autonomous driving system development. Inquiry form: https://www.net-vision.co.jp/contact/

Free membership registrationBy combining the SerDes board, SV series board, and CAN-ADP board, it is possible to fully synchronize images and CAN data. As an example of usage, we are currently using the FPD-Link III-DS90UB954 board FPI-954 and SVM-06 to capture in-vehicle camera images to a PC. The CAN-ADP board can be added to this environment. During image recording, CAN data is captured at the pixel clock level of the images. The CAN data is also captured during blanking and is saved to the PC in DAT file format. During playback, the CAN-ADP board is added to the environment with the FPD-Link III-DS90UB954 board FPO-953 and SVO-03-MIPI. In this environment, all the data is stored in the captured DAT file, allowing for real-time playback of images and CAN data at the pixel clock level.
