It is necessary to ensure the flatness of the top surface of the plate, and Daiwa plates are equipped with a jack system that can accommodate changes over time. Even if the surroundings are filled with concrete, adjustments can be made from the top surface using embedded jacks. We guarantee flatness up to JIS Grade 2 (B7513:1992). The sizes of cast iron plates can be manufactured as a single piece from 0.5m x 1m to 3m x 8m. The top surface can be processed to meet various requirements, including T-slots, keyways, tapped holes, scribing reference lines, and guide grooves for three-dimensional measuring instruments.
