Since our establishment in 1925, we have maintained a sound financial structure and management strategy for over 80 years, achieving stable growth without ever recording a deficit. We take pride in this achievement as a solid foundation for building trust with our customers and business partners. Since 1959, we have been involved in the sale of control equipment related to production facilities as a specialized trading company for FA (Factory Automation) equipment, and our history as a technical trading company spans nearly half a century. Our strength lies in the combination of trading functions with technical expertise. We have established a specialized team of Sales Engineers (SE) with advanced knowledge, skills, and extensive experience to meet the diverse needs of our customers. In recent years, globalization and the information age have rapidly changed the world. It is undeniable that the domestic market is in a mature state. To thrive in such an environment, we aim for a more distinctive business development. One of our themes is "the fusion of control and mechanics." We have established a system that can provide solutions incorporating control-related technologies and know-how accumulated over many years, along with mechanical structures such as units and devices, image processing, networks, and software. Among the many control technology trading companies, those capable of integrating mechanics are rare. Another theme is "speed," which resonates with modern society. We have further streamlined our order and delivery systems, achieving a reduction in product lead times. At the same time, we are promoting information sharing within the company and building an information system that enables rapid responses to customers by transcending the boundaries of departments and areas. We have also steadily expanded our market presence. After solidifying our base in the Kanto region centered in Tokyo, we opened a sales office in Kyushu in 2005 and established a related company, Takuri Automation Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., in Shanghai, China, the following year, achieving overseas expansion. Additionally, we are proactive in addressing environmental issues, having obtained the international standard for environmental management, ISO 14001, in 2005. We also value our corporate responsibility to society as a whole, including our customers. Moving forward, we will continue to maintain stable management based on our traditional component sales while exploring new customers and markets, including overseas, that are expected to expand with the fusion of control and mechanics.
