The "J10 Series Detector" features high-performance indium-antimonide (InSb) photodiodes that deliver excellent performance in the wavelength range of 1 to 5.5 μm. The single crystal p-n junction technology excels in uniformity, linearity, and stability, providing a fast and low-noise detector.
