Art Winds is a comprehensive prototype manufacturer located in Daito City, Osaka Prefecture. We have in-house departments for design and engineering, various model production, precision sheet metal, and production technology support, allowing us to consistently support all development workflows from the planning and conceptual stages to mass production preparation. Prototype and development support business in the product development stage [design, design/3D data creation/design models, working samples, light curing, vacuum casting, precision sheet metal processing, etc. for prototype manufacturing/mold making/injection molding/post-processing (painting, plating, silk printing, etc.)] We manufacture design models, working samples, and cast products for a wide variety of items ranging from home appliances to optical and precision equipment, automobiles, miscellaneous goods, and building materials. We deliver high-quality, high-precision, and short-lead-time model production for design considerations, 3D data conversion of flat information, and actual product models. Additionally, we respond to design proposals for ordered models and design suggestions, achieving cost reductions in prototype manufacturing.
