The KTM Wonder Valve is a valve with excellent flow characteristics that can block fibrous fluids and various slurries using a V-notch design and a metal seat. The flow path is straight with no bends, allowing for smooth flow of fibrous slurries, steam, liquids, and gases. With a single seat, it requires lower torque and is easier to operate compared to conventional trunnion-type valves, which can reduce drive component costs. The KTM Dual-V is a proven valve that combines the functions of a control valve and a block valve. The unique Dual-V ball valve can control small flow rates at minimal openings with its V-shaped edge (small). The V-shaped edge (large) can shear solids and maintenance materials, allowing for high flow rates without clogging. The Dual-V ball has an extremely high rangeability of 250:1.
