At Nakajo Seikan, we manufacture and sell "packaging cans," which are the so-called food cans commonly seen in many retail stores such as supermarkets and convenience stores. Canned goods are easier to handle compared to any other form of packaging, offering excellent sealing and moisture resistance, and they do not allow any light to pass through, thus preventing deterioration and changes in the contents, especially food, making them suitable for long-term storage. The recycling rate is also very high, and above all, the texture of the surface enhances the package design, greatly increasing the appeal of the products. With issues such as diversification of packaging forms, rising costs of raw materials and supplies, and a shrinking market, we have faced many challenges. However, thanks to the continued support of our valued customers and the surrounding community, we have been able to focus solely on the canning business for 49 years since our establishment.
